– Why can’t I find any prices on your website?

There are so many things that affect the price when it comes to a product like customised cups such as size, type, quantity, no of colors printed on the packaging etc. That is why we can’t set a standard price. The easiest way for you to get a price is to send us an email where you attach your logo and tell us the quantity, size and type of cup you need and we will get back to you shortly after.

– How many cups do I have to order?

The standard minimum order is 10,000 pieces for customised paper cups and 20,000 for customised plastic cups.

– Is there no way I can order less?

Well, yeah….We can actually produce as low as 1,000 cups for you. Just keep in mind that the unit price will be different.

-There is no way I can store that many cups and lids. Can you take care of that?

Of course we can. A lot of our customers rent some space at our warehouse.

– How long is your delivery time?

We always say 12 weeks but you will usually receive your goods within 8-9 weeks.

– And if I can’t wait that long?

We can actually put your print on a cup and deliver it to you within 14 business days if you simply can’t wait.

– Can I get some samples?

Sure! Just write us an email at [email protected] with your mail address and we will send you some!

– What are your payment terms?

When it comes to orders on customised cups we charge 50% of the total amount upfront and bill you the last 50% after you have received your goods
